Planeoptically polished for the highest images quality. Produces a much brighter image with superb contrast than a conventional Nebula filter. Excellent for openings from 100mm.

Baader UHC-S Nebula Filter with highest transmission and realistic star colours!

A new class of LPR Nebula filters finally delivering the happy medium, with enough light for smaller telescope openings at the same time with the high contrast of classical UHC filter.

Light pollution from street lights is blocked carefully. The filter is the sensible addition to all previous deep sky and UHC filters. Both for visual as well as photographic use.

All filters produce a brighter image and are optically polished with ultra-hard dielectric coatings. They are absolutely scratch resistant and can be cleaned as often as needed, ideally with Baader Optical Wonder Cleaning Fluid.

As good as expected
I purchased the 2'' version of this filter. It seems to work simply excellent together with my modded DSLR and a 1000 mm Newtonian, together with a coma corrector. Pacman Nebula, stacked in APP. I'm very satisfied.
  • Quality, final images.
  • Difficult to find any?

Gewohnte Qualität
Wie auch bei meinen bisher von Baader Planetarium gekauften Filtern ist auch das L-Booster Filter von sehr hoher Qualität. Im Vergleich zu anderen Filtern dieser Art ist das "Farbverhalten" an meinen ZWO ASI OSC-Kameras neutraler und ausgeglichener. Signifikant ist die sehr geringe Streulichtneigung an hellen Sternen, was es für mich zum bevorzugten L-Kanal-Filter macht. Mechnisch und fertigungstechnisch bewegt sich das Filter auf gewohnt hohem Baader-Niveau.
