Ultrashort-1¼ review
I used it with 32 mm Soviet TAL 1 telescope oculars. I redesigned the ultrashort-1¼ to 32 mm. I want to use it with Soviet lens MC MTO-11CA 10/1000. I would like to get some advice about this clamp, if I can use it with this product : Baader 21mm Hyperion 68° Modular Eyepiece. Probably I will need extension tube 0,75 mm - 42 mm, is there a possibility to buy extension tubes separately or do I have to buy them all together. I saw it on your website.
Thanks for your review. Yes, you can buy the extension tubes seperately. We offer the following lengths:
Baader T-2 / 7.5 mm Extension Tube #1508155
Baader T-2 / 15 mm Extension Tube #1508154
Baader T-2 / 40 mm Extension Tube #1508153
as well as a T-2 Fine-Adjustment ring 1mm (gold) - Aluminium #2457913
and the variable adapters
Baader VariLock 29, lockable T-2 ExtensionTube 20-29mm with spanner tool # 2956929
Baader VariLock 46, lockable T-2 ExtensionTube 29-46mm with spanner tool # 2956946
Also, the Ultrashort-Clamp works fine with the Hyperion eyepieces. It is still long enough, and the locking screws are slim enough, so that the wider eyepieces have got no problem.
Very satisfied with the product, now i can use details from Soviet times, made it compatible.
Nothing to complain about
