enables connection of all Baader 1¼" eyepieces (Morpheus 76°, Hyperion Zoom, Hyperion 68°, Classic-Ortho) onto KOWA-Spotting Scopes and KOWA-Barlow lenses. Also suitable for any other astronomical 1¼" eyepiece
Features a captive bronze compression ring to prevent marring of eyepiece barrels
The 1.25" eyepiece adapter is slipped onto any 1¼" eyepiece and tightened with the included 1.3mm allen wrench
Spotting-Scope-sided with M41 male thread
Eyepiece-sided 1¼" clamping diameter

your first picture of the adapter shows the grub screw visible on inside so will marr the eyepiece barrel, is it because the bronze compression ring has moved ?
