I am going to modify Nikon D5600 for astrophotography and want to replace the stock filter with IR/UV cut filter from Badder. I want to increase the Hydrogen-alpha sensitivity. In your website I only see unmounted filters for Canon bodies. Is there any filter I can use for Nikon APS-C body ? I am fine to cut it to proper size in case your filter size is bigger. May I please request your suggestion on which one to purchase ?

Thanks & Regards

I am planning to convert a Pentax K-70 with an astro mod.
Do you also provide the BCF 1 sensor filter for this camera?
Specifically the exact filter dimensions are important.

Tricky to install but worth it
I replaced this filter myself. it was my first time ever taking apart a camera. There are some really good guides online (Canon) and if you take your time and follow those I think anyone can do it.
The filter itself is great. Attached is a comparison image using the same equipment, location, exposure times and similar processing (different nights though and possibly different sky conditions)
  • Works as advertised

Good website, easy order, fast delivery.
Only four stars for not putting a phone number to a delivery company which it causes a problem to deliver the item to customer. I wrote an information about to put the phone number on a square for an information for seller and they didn’t do it.
