I also want to use other eyepieces. How do I know the right distance between fieldstop position and the MPCC?
backfocal length at f/10 is 133,35mm but at f/7 it is 105mm for the C8EdgeHD. To reach both foci maybe this ring will be helpfull because it
is also a M48 extension ring 28mm long:
Tighten the locking ring; you can use the locking tool to do so. In the application images, you can see an example of the ring in a longer configuration at a telescope.
You can use an Allen key to replace the adapter ring on the camera side and switch between T-2 (M42x0,75) and a S52-dovetail ring which fits e.g. into out T-2-rings.
