What's the actual size of your 2" filters in "mm" with and without frame/ring? What step down adapter is suggested from a 52 mm to "-- mm"?

Nach längerer Überlegung hab ich mich für meine Venusaufnahmen für den Baader U Bessel entschieden. Der Baader U Bessel hat den Schwerpunkt der Durchlässigkeit bei 370nm. Der Baader Venus Filter liegt bei 350nm. Bei 350nm ist meine aktuelle Kamera nicht lichtempfindlich genug. Die Luftunruhe wird zudem in Richtung kürzerer Wellenlängen überproportional schlechter. Ideal für Venus wäre wohl zwischen 360 und 380nm. Zwei Tage nach der Bestellung war der Filter da, obwohl ich in Österreich wohne.

Dank niedriger Filterhöhe ident zu den RBG-Filtern paßt der Filter problemlos in mein Filterrad. Gleich beim zweiten Einsatz ist die gezeigte Aufnahme entstanden. Sie besteht aus 72.000 UV-Einzelbildern und zeigt schönes UV-Wolken-Detail (anbei in Monochrom und Falschfarben). Die Belichtungszeit der Einzelbilder lag bei 10ms, was eine gute Durchlässigkeit im UV zeigt. Im IR ist der aktuelle Baader U Bessel komplett dicht und läßt keinerlei Licht durch. Ich bin mit meiner Entscheidung sehr zufrieden.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Filter. Beste Qualität und eine schnelle Lieferung. Ich habe bisher den Planeten Venus mit einem einfachen violett Filter für UV Aufnahmen verwendet.
Der Baader U Bessel ist deutlich besser und bietet einen höheren Kontrast!
  • Sehr gute Bildauflösung der Venus im UV Licht.
