The prices as quoted on the individual product sites represent final prices, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Currently our automated online shopping system is valid for shipments to the following EU-countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden
Please note: Deliveries outside Germany will be charged with the VAT rate of the respective country. You can find more information here.
Your country may not be available to be selected for initiating the shipping process. It means that we do ask you kindly to contact us for any product questions or to find your nearest dealer. Alternatively please contact our national distributor in your country or one of it´s local dealers - for placing the order. Our Dealer Locator does mostly show distributor locations at this time - it will improve over time to add their local dealers. Please contact the distributor nearest to you for receiving the most economical price with transportation costs.
Our standard shipping method is UPS Standard (delivery within 1-2 workdays except saturday after shipping inside germany, 2-4 workdays in Europe). You can always update to UPS Express Saver shipping for guaranteed delivery on the next workday except saturday after the item has been shipped (outside of germany it can take up to two days). We offer Standard Post Mail delivery - not insured and without tracking number - for selected items with a total worth of less than € 50,- (delivery within 1-3 workdays inside germany, normally 2-5 days in Europe).
