Collection of access data

The provider collects data on each access to the website (so-called server log files). This includes name of the visited Web page, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type, together with version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data without assignment to the identity of the user or other profiling according to the legal provisions for statistical analysis for the purpose of the operation, safety and optimization of the online offer. The provider reserves the right to log data to check later if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use due to concrete indications.

Collection and usage of personal information

Data forwarding to third parties

The data of users will only be passed on to third parties if this is legitimate or a user has consented to the transfer.
This is for example the case when the data forwarding is necessary for meeting contractual obligations to the user, for example when the shipping address of the user is transferred to the forwarding agent for shipment, or if the data are requested by official authorities such as law enforcement are requested.

As part of the application, the provider stores the login and the verification time and IP address of the user. The supplier is obliged by law to monitor the applications, to be able to document correct registration.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIP()", IP addresses being truncated before further processing in order to rule out direct associations to persons.

Facebook social plug-in

We use social plug-ins from, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plug-ins can be recognized by way of the Facebook logo or the supplement "Facebook Social Plug-in". For example, if you click on the "Like" button or leave a comment, the relevant information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Furthermore, Facebook makes your likes public for your Facebook friends. If you are logged into Facebook, it can assign the invocation of our page directly to your Facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or don't have a Facebook account, your browser sends information (e.g. which web pages you have called up, your IP address) which is then stored by Facebook. Google+ button

On this online offer the social network Google+ buttons are used (e.g. "+1" button), which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google"). When a user visits a web page of any provider, which contains such a Google button, your browser establishes a direct connection with Google's servers. The content of the buttons is transmitted from Google directly to its browser which embeds the latter into the website. The provider therefore has no effect on the amount of data that Google collects with the buttons.

Cancellation, changes, corrections and updates
