1. Shopping cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking the “Add to Cart” button, to add the selected product to your shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time before finally submitting your order. For this purpose, click on the button “View Cart”. On the following page (shopping cart), you can change the quantity by entering the new quantity into the respective column and then clicking on the button “Update Cart”. To remove an item from your cart, click on the red trash symbol before the respective line. To empty the whole cart, delete all items, thus cancelling the order process. By clicking the button "Proceed to checkout" you will proceed to the next order step.
2. Checkout
Enter your billing address and contact information. All fields marked with "*" must be filled. If you require delivery to a different delivery address, check the box next to "Ship to a different address?" and fill in the required fields there.
Registration with customer account is required for the order processing. By setting up an account, you get the following advantages:
- Faster checkout
- Save multiple shipping addresses
- Manage your product reviews and comments
- Manage your product questions and answers
- View and track orders and more
Your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Privacy Policy). It will not be used for any other purposes or disclosed to third parties.
3. Select shipping method
Our standard shipping method is UPS Standard (delivery within 1-2 workdays after shipping). You can always update to UPS Express Saver shipping for guaranteed delivery on the next workday after the item has been shipped. We also offer Standard Post Mail delivery for selected items with a total worth of less than € 50,-
4. Select payment method / Conditions and Privacy Policy
Now select your preferred payment method. If you choose Paypal you will get redirected to Paypal to authorize the payment, but have to finalize it on our website.
5. Check data / complete order process
The final page shows an overview of your order, including selected products, shipping and billing address and your contact information. Check if all details are correct. Please read the Cancellation policy and terms & conditions carefully. You can only proceed with the order, if you agree to both statements by checking the boxes.
By clicking the button "Buy now" you will send your order to us. This constitutes a legally binding offer.
