What is the width in mm on the dovetail portion of the quick changer ring t2 versus the M48. I was curious if you could put a t2 ring in an M48 body and have it fit snugly

Details

Modern cameras are usually characterised by extremely short optical heights, in order to be able to be mounted on various telescope constructions. The old T-2 standard with 5mm thread depth is a hindrance to this. To take care of this new development, all new Baader T-2, M48 and M48 parts are delivered with the new 3 mm standard.

manchmal zählt jeder Millimeter
Um meine kürzlich erworbene Monokamera an den UFC Filter anschliessen zu können, brauche ich einen Zwischenring, da die beiden Gewinde unterschiedliche Länge besitzen.Hier leistet mir der M48 Zwischenring gute Dienste. Ich vermeide so, dass es Spiel in der Verbindung gibt. Das mit dem Setup und einem WO FLT132/925 mit 0.8x Reducer aufgenommene Bild zeigt die Bubble NGC 7635 sowie M52 und den hellen Nebel NGC 7538. Belichtungszeit 2h30min mit dem Baader Halpha Filter.
