The description of this filter holder says it has a continuous male T2 thread on the outside, but the image looks like it has some kind of stop ring (maybe midways). According to the specifications, the outer diameter is 46mm, much more than the 42mm of a T2 thread, which suggests that there is really some kind of stop there.
Which one is right: is there a continuous male T2 thread from one end to the other, or is there a 46mm stop separating two male T2 threads?

Adapting the M68 Tilter for use with T-2 and M48 Accessories
The Baader M68-Tilter (#2458170 , € 255) The M68 system allows for a sturdy and rigid connection of heavy accessories. The Baader M68-Tilter (#2458170 , € 255) is a relatively recent addition to this family of adaptors and was developed to easily compensate for image tilt in an optical train through simple adjustments of three pairs of easily-accessible (even when a camera for example is attached) hex-screws located around the edge of the adaptor. Although the M68 tilter itself is small occupying just 9.50-10.25mm of optical path length, and relatively light weighing in at just under 100g, it can accommodate a heavy accessory payload of up to 5kg. The Baader Astro T-2 System™
For over 30 years we have focused on the Astro T-2 thread system (M 42 x 0.75 mm); virtually every telescope manufacturer must offer this thread far ahead of the focal point of his instrument, such a universal T-ring (for DSLR cameras) can be connected. The only exceptions are (still) Russian equipment, there the thread diameter is the same, but the pitch is still 1mm per revolution - rather than 0.75mm! Therefore, we offer among other things a "Russians adapter". At only 7mm additional optical length it can allow so many Russian lenses or telescopes to be compatible with an international Astro T-2 (M 42 x 0.75mm) connector! For the sake of better recognition mostly are marked. See marking small 'a' or small 'i' in the respective indication!
