According to Celestron, the back focus distance for the EdgeHD 8" is 133.3mm.
The Nikon Z series has got a flange distance of 16mm, the Wide T-ring is 8.3mm long, so in total its 24.3mm. The Celestron t-adapter is 50mm long for a total of 74.3mm.
Your answer said I needed 30.7mm of distance, but don't I still need 59mm of distance (133.3 - 16 - 8.3 - 50 = 59)?
The EdgeHD T-Adapter #93644 is 78,3mm long and needs an extension of 30,7mm that it fits your camer/bayonet ring.
The T-Adapter #93633-A (second link) is 50mm long and could be used too. Just keep in mind that you need then of course
different distance rings/extensions.

The Celestron 48mm adapter has got a backfocus of 55mm; our Wide T-ring is 8.3mm thick, and the Nikon has got a flange distance of 16 mm. So, you still need an M48-extension of 30.7mm. Currently, we have got M48 Fine-Adjustment rings seperately or as set (0,3 / 0,5 / 1 mm) - # 2457915, but you'd need to get a 30mm-extension from another manufacturer.
We could either offer you a T-2-adaptation (but there would be vignetting with a full frame sensor, so it is not recommended), or use the space for our UFC filter changer. It would fit in this gap with M48-connections, but it is of course more expensive than a simple extension tube.
We recommend this bigger M48 adapter instead of the smaller with T2 thread M42x0,75 because your camera has a full format sensor. From this adapter you have 55mm left which should be fine for DSLR cameras. But you have a mirrorless camera with 16mm back focus plus this Rings:
which hight is 8,3mm. So you have a gap of 30,7mm between your camera and DSLR (55-16-8.3) which you can fill with this rings:

But please note that the Astro Fi series was not designed for astrophotography, so that the mount does not support long exposure times. However, shooting the moon should work. Also, there may be vignetting on larger camera sensors as the baffle inside of the telescope was designed for eyepieces, so some image processing may be necessary.
The Celstron M48-adapter #93622 is designed for 55mm of backfocus, so you need another 30.7mm of extension rings. The Celestron M48 adapter set #93618 contains a 30mm ring, which is close enough - the missing 0,7mm for perfect distance can be filled with Baader M48 Fine-Adjustment rings (0,3 / 0,5 / 1 mm) - https://www.baader-planetarium.com/en/accessories/adapters-imaging-accessories/m48-adapter-system/m48-fine-adjustment-rings-(03--05--1-mm)---aluminium.html . You should be within 0.5mm of the optimum backfocus distance for best images, so the 0.5mm-ring will be fine.
You might also use variable T-2-extensions, but for a full-frame camera, we recommend the M48-system to avoid vignetting.
Unfortunately we can't guide you further on your specific telescope, since we don't sell SkyWatcher and are not familiar with this product.
The Nikon Z with the T-ring has got a flange distance of ca. 24mm. The distance between camera sensor and eyepiece should be about 95mm for a full frame camera, otherwise there will be vignetting and distortions at the edge of the image. So, you should use T-2-extensions for an additional ca. 70mm, e.g. 1x Baader T-2 / 40 mm Extension Tube (T-2 part #25B) # 1508153 and 2x Baader T-2 / 15 mm Extension Tube (T-2 part #25A)
We also recommend replacing one 15mm-extension with a quick changer (Baader TQC/TCR Heavy duty T-2 Quick Changing System (T-2 part #06A & #07) # 2456322 or Baader Complete T-2 Changer System (T-2 parts #06 & #07) # 2456321). Then you can rotate the camera easier as it is otherwise screwed onto the eyepiece, and you'd have to rotate the whole eyepiece to adapt the camera orientation.

The easiest way is usually the S52 barrel #2958551, then you can adapt it like any 2" eyepiece.
For all other configurations, please let us know which threads you have available or if you need to keep a certain distance.
The Nikon Z has got a flange focal distance of 16mm, to which our Wide T-Ring adds 8.3mm. The
- T-Adapter (C5, 6, 8, 9-1/4, 11, 14) #93633-A # 820760
adds another 50mm, so you have a distance of 74,3mm and need another 30mm as T-2-extensions – e.g.
- 2x Baader T-2 / 15 mm Extension Tube (T-2 part #25A) # 1508154.
For the UFC, you can mount it directly to the SC-thread of the reducer e.g. with

That's 81mm for the UFC plus 24mm for the camera + Wide T-ring
This gives you a larger free aperture than the T-2-adaptation above. Of course, you can insert an empty filter slider to take photos without a filter.
What part number do I need from baader to make that happen?

You also need the matching DT-rings https://www.baader-planetarium.com/en/accessories/adapters-imaging-accessories/camera-adapters/dt-rings.html to adapt from SP54 to the filter thread of your lens. I do believe that the Nikkor uses 77mm filters, but you should check the manual. For 77mm, you need two rings:

Please note that the 2" filter is much smaller than your camera lens and will cause some vignetting.
The Nikon Z series has got a flange distance of 16mm, the Wide T-ring is 8.3mm long, so in total its 24.3mm, and you need an additional spacer with 30.7mm.
This can be done either with 2x Baader T-2 / 15 mm Extension Tube (T-2 part #25A) # 1508154 plus some T-2 Fine-Adjustment rings (0,3 / 0,5 / 1 mm) - set #2457910, also available seperately. The distance should be matched by +/- 0.5mm for the EdgeHD.
You can also use 1x Baader VariLock 46, lockable T-2 ExtensionTube 29-46mm with spanner tool (T-2 part #25V) # 2956946 to set the right distance.
I have already ordered the Baader Click-lock adapter #2956233 to replace my existing visual back (53 mm). If my math is correct, this adds up to 118.8 mm. My original Celestron Manual states that the back focus distance at f/10 from the primary mirror baffle tube is 151.765 mm. This means I need to provide additional spacing of 32.965 mm that I am not sure how to get. Would I want to add this before the OAG rather than after the OAG in order to keep the distance from my OAG prism to the camera sensor at a minimum?

It is slightly too long, 47mm minus the 7mm thread from OTA, but a f/10 ratio optic like a SCT is tolerating it.
Now you can put on your set-up as usual and the camera and guiding camera are staying common.
I wish to connect my Nikon Z6 to my Astro-Physics 130 GT, with the 2.7" focuser. I have purchased the Wide T ring for the Z camera, as well as the universal filter changer. I am not using a reducer or field flattener. What else do I need to purchase?
The best would be
Baader UFC S52 dovetail camera-adapter #2459119
which fits directly to the Wide T-Ring, if you remove the T-2-inset from the Wide-T-Ring (there should be an Allen key included with the T-ring to do this). This gives you the widest free aperture and a permanent connection to the UFC, so it's probably the best if you attach the UFC to your telescope with a 2" nosepiece.
If you prefer a screw-coupling, you can also replace the T-2-inset of the Wide-T-ring with the optional
Reducing piece S52 / M48 # 2958552
and combine it with
Baader UFC M48 (m) Camera-Adapter # 2459116
This lets you use the full diameter of a 2" nosepiece or filter, and you can easily unscrew the camera from the filter holder
Otherwise, you can use the
Baader UFC T-2 (m) Camera-Adapter # 2459115
for a screw-coupling.
This is the standard solution as it was used for years, but you are limited to about 40mm of clear aperture because of the T-2-thread – so, if you use a full frame camera, there will be some vignetting at the edges. It's fine for APS-C and smaller sensors.
Since the Field Flattener has a M48 Male thread, you would need the #2459129 Telescope Side Adapter
Next you would need a few spacers which can be calculated by subtracting from the required backfocus, the optical length of the other needed adapters. A list with the calculations and the needed articles is included below. We determined that you would need one 5 mm spacer #2459141
as well as a VariLock spacer set at 18,4 mm #2459145
Then you would need the UFC Basis #2459110 which has an optical length of 13 mm,
the 2" Filter Slider #2459112 (we suggest one slider for each filter, which makes changing filters faster and more comfortable),
the S52 UFC Camera Adapter #2459119,
and the Nikon Z Wide T-Ring #2408335.
