Works exceptionally well.
The Baader T-rings generally are supplied with T2 (42mm) threads so if you would like to instead use T (48mm) size accessories then you will have to also order the reducing piece.

I've order these for a number of T adapters and the work very well. It is easy to remove the original thread piece from the T ring shell and install the reducing piece.

One piece of advice I would give is not to over tighten the retaining screws as this can cause the adapter to become tighter than necessary when installing and removing it from your image train.
