I'm trying to connect a Mallincam DS2.3+ to a Hyperion Mark III Zoom 8-24mm. The DS2.3+ has what seems like a M25f thread. What adapter rings are required?

I have recently bought this product to help me get a very short connection for my T2 Zeiss prism to my C9.25 SCT rear port. I find that the two "rings" rotate freely with each other - is it normal? Or is this adapter supposed to be a fixed single piece with no rotating components? I am trying to figure out the best way to tighten this to the rest of my system, so that heavy accessories espcially like binoviewers won't rotate freely by accident!

I just purchased a Flipmirror II and I need to connect it to my Meade RCX400 14". Can you give me a list of the exact pieces I need to purchase to make that happen? I'm assuming I need this and a 40 mm extension tube to get to the flip mirror and then a connector to the camera (Meade DSI IV) and connector for 2 inch eyepiece. Also a connector for an off axis guider but I know which one I need for that. Thanks for your help!

The 2", 24 turns-per-inch thread does not appear to be a standard thread in any of the UNF, UNC or Whitworth lists. All threads have dimensional tolerances (permitted dimensional deviations). The standards, such as ISO 965 for metric threads or ASME/ANSI B1.1 for Unified National threads, specify these. How are the permitted dimensional deviations defined for this product please? My reason for asking is that I want to be very sure that £2000 worth of camera equipment held in place by this product will not fall off. The consequences could be serious.

The optical length is listed as 7mm here. Many resellers are listing it as 10mm. My own measurements with calipers say 9mm. Are there multiple versions of this adapter? What is the correct expected optical length?

I have Celestron Evolution 8 EdgeHD scope with a 2" SCT thread on the rear cell. I am struggling to find the correct model diagonal for that rig, can you please provide additional information? I read the primer helpfully provided, but there are two options that are both recommended, the SCT-Clicklock visual back + the clicklock diagonal CLDIAG-2, and the same diagonal but this time mounted somehow flush on rear cell. Which is actually better? The eyepiece I was most is my Mark IV 8-24mm Zoom w/Barlow combo, if that matters.

Great
Well made. What is not clear is that it is made of 3 components - look very closely at the image. This allows you to attach it to the SCT telescope then rotate your rig to suit your needs. A great product although could be less expensive.
