Can the cables for the motor drive and temp. sensor be extended in length? I would like to move the controller to a table in my observatory, which would require a cable length of 8 meters. Is Answered? Yes (1 answer)
Answer rated: 0Yes, that is not a problem. You can simply purchase a standard Network Cable (minimum CAT 6) in e.g. 10 meter lengthAnswer by: Baader Web Team (Admin) on Jan 27, 2023 8:02:00 AMRated: 01/24/2023 8:58 PM Baader Hyperion Universal Zoom Mark IV, 8-24mm eyepiece (1¼" / 2")
Just wondering if this eyepiece will fit and focus to infinity on a Bushnell Space master 2 60mm spotting scope? Is Answered? Yes (1 answer)
Answer rated: 0Sorry, we don't know this spotting scope so we can't answer for certain. Focus to infinity should work with the included Spotting Scope Adapter from the Hyperion Zoom. You would have to check the threads of the Spotting Scope to see if the Hyperion Zoom MK IV would fit mechanically, either with the supplied or with additional adapters.Answer by: Baader Web Team (Admin) on Jan 25, 2023 7:07:00 AMRated: -11/22/2023 8:56 AM Bundle: Hyperion Universal Zoom Mark IV with Hyperion-Barlow 2.25x (8-24mm / 3.6-10.7mm)
Can I use Hyperion-Barlow 2.25x with Hyperion 68⁰ 13mm modular eyepiece?Is Answered? Yes (1 answer)
Answer rated: 0This Barlow is designed especially for the Hyperion Zoom, so it gives the best results with this eyepiece. If you have this Barlow already, you can use it with other eyepieces, too - otherwise, a more "generic" barlow like Q-Turret or VIP barlow would probably be a better choice.Answer by: Baader Web Team (Admin) on Jan 23, 2023 9:34:00 AMRated: 01/21/2023 8:04 PM Baader Z(AP)-Dovetail Clamp 200mm length

Hi, I have a question regarding "non-slip leather finish". What kind of leather is used? Is it genuine (from which animal)? I have seen some review listing it as "leatherette" which is synthetic material but I have not seen this info on Baader website. I am interested in this answer as I would like to know if it is vegan friendly product (no animals were harmed). Thank you. Kind regards. Is Answered? Yes (1 answer)
Answer rated: 0Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We confirm that indeed no animals were harmed in the production of the Maxbright II, the leatherette material is synthetic. We have upgraded the product description accordingly.Answer by: Baader Web Team (Admin) on Jan 23, 2023 7:59:00 AMBaader Planetarium GmbHOur company exists now for more than 50 years.
