Due to the exit restrictions in Bavaria as well as the closed schools, kindergartens and day-care centres, we are now also limited in our activities.
Of course, this is a challenge especially for our colleagues with children, because "home office" is not possible for everyone without further ado, or often only with reduced efficiency.
How does all this affect you?
We are still trying to maintain regular operations - even with reduced staff. We therefore ask for your understanding if there may be delays in the processing/delivery of orders as well as in answering support requests.

Thank you for the comments above - I agree, families and children come first.
A suggestion - if at all possible, can you post some 'soft' words about products that have been out of stock for a long time (I really, really need a 2 inch BBHS mirror diagonal for a 140mm TEC coming in two weeks)... but whether it's this diagonal or eyepieces or ??? some new ray of hope would be deeply appreciated.
We would love to tell you more. But unfortunately the delivery chains of individual parts are still not back to normal. We should have finished a large quantity of 2" BBHS mirrors in one or two months, but almost all of them are already preordered.
So its best to find a dealer where you can place an order so the can order it from us to get delivered from the next batch
