Baches Temperature Control Set for temperature control of the BACHES Echelle spectrograph.
Sope of delivery:
- BACHES Thermo-Cover (#2458660 , € 425,-) . The CNC milled two-piece housing, protects the spectrograph from fluctuations in the outside temperature at the telescope. Very good thermal insulation is achieved by 20mm wall thickness of weather-resistant EPS rigid foam
- Steeldrive II Controller (#2957260 , € 445,-) controls the temperature compensating Steeldrive II focusing motor for Baader Steeltrack® (Classic and Diamond) focusers and optionally many other focusers
- includes labor times: disassembly of the BACHES, and modification of the housing parts to prepare for Baches Echelle spectrograph

Note: If you already own a BACHES Echelle spectrograph and want to upgrade the temp control, we have to charge additionally the BACHES Temp Control – subsequent Upgrade (#2458669 , € 1045,-) . For this we need your BACHES Echelle spectrograph. The Baches will then be disassembled, modified, then reassembled and readjusted by us. Please discuss the shipment with us in advance so that we can complete the adjustment for you in a timely manner. Retrofitting can only be done at our factory. The retrofit work is not required if you purchase the BACHES Echelle-Spectrograph (#2458600 , € 9485,-) and the Baches Temperature Control Set.

Special feature QHY294: The QHY294M is technically a special case and is supplied by Sony with a fixed pixel binning of a 2x2 matrix as standard. As a result, the Back Side Illuminated Sensor delivers 11.7 megapixels at 4.63 µm and 14-bit data depth in standard mode (readout mode 0). QHY has managed to switch Sony's "on-chip" binning on and off in the monochrome version of the 294 PRO, thereby enabling two different readout modes. Readout mode 1 "unlocks" the binning to produce 46.8 MP images with 2.315 µm pixel size at 12-bit data depth per pixel.
