  • Adapter cable from Steeldrive II Controller AUX Port to Cinch for common heat pads with up to 10W.
  • It enables the precise temperature control of e.g. dew shield heaters, optical filters and instruments with of +/-0.1 degree accuracy via the AUX input.
  • Connected directly to the Steeldrive controller
  • The power can either be set in the SteelGo software, or you set a desired temperature for one of the temperature sensors. This prevents undesired heating of the telescope, because you keep the dew cap just above the dew point.

Praktische Erweiterung des Steeldrive Controller
Super Erweiterung, um am Steeldrive Controller noch eine zusätzliche Cinch-Buchse für die Stromversorgung von weiterem Zubehör zu haben. Die Leistung kann über die Software leicht gesteuert werden und liegt standardmäßig bei 5W.
Der größte Minuspunkt ist eigentlich nur, dass der Controller nicht standardmäßig über eine Cinchverbindung verfügt oder wenigstens dieses Zubehör nicht von vorneherein beim Controller dabei ist.

Works as designed
Works as designed. No issues so far.
You only have to be a little bit careful with the fragile pins. Esp. when plugging in in the dark, but since it is a multipurpose port, multiple pins are required.
Only total power supplied for the dew heater was a little bit low in the first controller hardware version, but it has been increased with latest version. Issue fixed :)
