Passt perfekt auf Morpheus-Okulare (z.B. #2954206) und auch die T2-Seite lässt sich einwandfrei mit einemT2-Außengewinde verschrauben. Hier wackelt nichts.

für meine Zwecke, visuelle Beobachtung und Fotografie von Nebeln und Galaxien hat J. Baader mir exakt das richtige Okular empfohlen. Ich bin rundherum sehr zufrieden

I could not add pictures to the intended reply. So I created a new review with a 5 star rating due to the applied improvement. The reflections on the back of the folding mirror are a serious problem with larger Celestron SC telescopes. I tested the following solutions to cover the back of the mirror: 1. Black printed paper or black photo book paper. This doesn't work very well. Light rays that run almost parallel to the tube surface are still well reflected. First photo. 2. Good optical black paint on the paper back. This helps a lot, but the reflections are still there. Second photo. 3. Optical black painted sandpaper. This works well. Third photo. The cover plate is 30 mm wide and 31 mm long. Additional folded edges, 3mm 45 degrees at the front and 4mm 90 degrees at the rear, increase rigidity, help positioning and prevent reflections on the leading edge. With 2 strips of double-sided adhesive tape of 2-3mm wide, this cover plate can be fixed without damaging the original rear mirror. Prior to assembly I made the cap from No. 60 sandpaper, which was then painted black with slightly diluted Sennelier Mars Black No. 759 Matt (60ml per sachet, available cheaply from art supply stores). This is a very nice product having a lot of options! I'm using it with a Celestron EdgeHD 9.25 telescope. The light path to the camera consists of: - The Celestron telescope adapter 3.29” to 2" male (d=12,7mm) - The Baader T Adapter for SC 2" to M42 male (d=15,5mm) - The Baader flip mirror (d=59mm) - A camera T-2 360° rotator (d=14mm) - A T-Ring adapter for Canon EOS (d=10mm) - A Canon EOS 77D camera with APS-C sensor (d=44mm) The optical path is now 155mm while the target value is 146mm. Unfortunately I found some flip mirror issues: 1. On the mask at the back of the mirror there is some harmless light grey dirt. It should not be there. See picture. 2. The dimensions of the mirror are such that 36x24mm is reflected. That's quit small to cover the inner 38mm of the 42mm tube system. The original Celestron star mirror has no restrictions caused by the mirror size. Luckily the limited Baader mirror size is at the upper port for visual observations. That does not harm to much. 3. In the up position the mirror is quite low in the light path. I expect extra vignetting in the case of a full frame sensor. 4. Most anodized parts are highly reflective in the near IR. So for IR applications some painting needs to be done. 5. Stray light from the rear mirror. This needs to be solved. See pictures. What is the best way to solve the stray light problem? - Another mirror with no reflecting part at the rear? - Adding some black rear cover? - Optical black paint? - Some kind of a mask in front at the input port? - Adding a screw to tilt the mirror from the zero position? Please your advice on the stray light issue.

Ich verwende dieses Okular an meinem f/14.3 Maksutov auf einer manuellen Alt/Az Montierung. Bei ca 114x Vergrößerung ist es wunderbar die großen Planeten (Saturn, Jupiter) über das Bildfeld wandern zu sehen und Details in der Struktur der Planeten zu entdecken. Randscharf und ohne Verzerrung. Ich vermisse meine Orthos nicht, das Morpheus bietet einen viel besseren Beobachtungskomfort

der Flip mirror II ist eine echte Weiterentwicklung gegenüber dem alten Flip-mirror. wie immer sehr gute Verarbeitung und die Komponenten passen sehr gut zusammen. Der Spiegel wird in einem Gesamtsetup mit Baader Barlowlinse 2x click-look Fokusing holder T2-1 1/4" Okular 7.5 und einer QHY 485 verwandt

Auch bei einem SC Teleskop sehr gut einsetzbar. Ersetzt zwar nicht ganz das Herstellen eines Donut an einem Stern, aber gaaaanz nahe dran

Habe den 2" CLICKLOCK Zenitspiegel und die 2" CLICKLOCK Okularklemme mit SC Anschluss zusammen bestellt. Verarbeitung und Wertigkeit sind bei beiden Teilen tadellos. CLICKLOCK Funktion möchte ich jetzt schon nicht mehr missen! Klemmung ist sehr zuverlässig und auch bei sehr schweren Okularen hält diese sehr gut.

Hallo Mein eindruck an meinem 12 zoll newton von den 13 mm hyperion. Im bino für mich eine tolle abbildung. Der einblick tadellos und auch meine nase passt dazwischen (65 mm augenabstand) tolle gummi ummantelung liegt sehr angenehm an der nase und die okulare sind für mich sogar selbst im bino mit brille voll nutzbar! Tolle ausstattung beim okular da viel zubehör dabei ist. Die augenmuschel individuell einstellbar oder tauschbar.absolut genial für mono oder bino betrieb. Schärfe und kontrast find ich sehr gut von der gezeigten abbildung! Jupiter zb zeigt mir mit dem baader planetenfilter schwache details die ich mit anderen okularen bislang so noch nicht gesehen hatte. Kugelsternhaufen galaxien und co einfach toll. Sternabbildung punktförmig. Mich überzeugen die 13mm hyperion auf ganzer linie im bino betrieb! Für mich ein gutes okular was viel freude beim beobachten macht Sowie eine gut performende okularserie die tolle beobachtungen ermöglicht.

Guten abend Ich hatte vor kurzem über das 24 mm hyperion okular mit ihnen geschrieben da ich div. probleme beim beobachten hatte und sogar dachte das das okular leider qualitativ nicht zufriedenstellend ist .genutzt visuell an meinem 12 zoll newton. Ich muss meine aussage korrigieren da der fehler bei mir als brillenträger mein astigmatismus im auge ist und sie mir außerordentlich gut dabei geholfen haben dieses zu erkennen und zu verstehen dank ihrer hervorragenden fachlichen hilfe und kompetenz!!! Das 24 mm hyperion ist abbildungstechnisch für mich ein top okular! Vorher ohne brille hatte ich immer gezogene sterne und keine scharfe abbildung.so hatte das keinen spaß gemacht. Ich habe es jetzt nochmal ausgiebig mit brille getesten und was soll ich sagen.ich bin begeistert!Punktförmige sterne bis kurz vor den rand des GF und eine sehr scharfe kontrastreiche abbildung.jupiter zb trotz kleiner vergrößerung ist knackscharf und strukturiert.sternhaufen sind unglaublich schön anzusehen. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden nach meiner leidigen problematik und suche ein so tolles okular zu besitzen und vorallem sehr dankbar für ihren service!!! Nicht selbstverständlich! Ich werde bei ihren produkten bleiben! Vielen dank Mfg

This is a really nice eyepiece. I did a lot of testing of the true field of view on various telescopes and it truly is 72 degrees when used as a 2 inch eyepiece. With my super fast f6.5 refractor this eyepiece gives me astonishing 3.9 degrees of the field of view - comparable to some finder scopes. The Pleiades look absolutely spectacular through this combo. Baader 36 mm shows even more value on slower, catadioptric scopes. With my 8 inch SCT this eyepiece allows more than generous 1.3 degree field of view, amazing for a two meter focal length telescope. Allows me to see M42 in all its beauty, M45 shows almost all stars while M81 and M82 fit really nicely in this wide field of view. I also tested the flatness of the field of view and it seems to approach 100%. Would need a perfectly flat primary to confirm 100%, but at the end this is more than enough to show all stars in focus. Here I am attaching a photo with Celestron’s entry level Omni 102 mm and Baader 36mm eyepiece. This combinations provides such wide field of view that a finder scope is not needed.

Um die maximal sinnvolle Vergrößerung meines 100er Binos testen zu können war ich auf der Suche nach zwei 5mm Okularen, wollte aber kein Vermögen für z.B. zwei TeleVue 5 mm Nagler ausgeben (Preis Dezember 2022: immerhin ca. 2x 550€). Angesprochen durch die Baader Weihnachtsaktion in S.u.W. habe ich mir zwei Hyperion 68° Okulare zugelegt und bin hochzufrieden. Eine sehr gute Wahl für meine Zwecke. Saubere Abbildung bis zum Rand. Allerdings muss ich dazusagen, dass ich wirklicher Amateur und kein (Semi) Profi bin. Jetzt muss nur noch das Wetter öfters mitspielen, um sie exzessiv nutzen zu können. Im Anhang ein Foto, mittags aufgenommen (abends war's dann klar).

At the Hyperion Zoom's 8mm setting, this Barlow provides the maximum magnification for f/7 telescopes of aperture 7" or less. For moon, planetary, and double star viewing, start at 24mm and zoom in until reaching the atmosphere-limited optimal magnification for the evening. So much better than swapping out Eyepieces! Barlow isn't necessary for scopes of f-ratios higher than f/7.0

Üblicherweise werden mit einer Barlow die Planeten abgelichtet. Leider ist das Wetter sehr unkooperativ und so habe ich seit dem Kauf der FFC nur ein deep sky Bild von M56 bei ziemlich schlechtem seeing aufnehmen können. Dennoch bin ich hellauf begeistert! An meinem FLT 132/925 erreiche ich bei 3x Vergrößerung 2,8m Brennweite. Die DSPro2600C habe ich 2x2 gebinnt und so eine Auflösung von 0,56 artsec/pixel erhalten. Aufnahmedaten: 26x3min, Gain=400, HCG, 2x2bin, 12.9.2022, 40 Flats. Wie man sehen kann, ist das Bild auch an den Rändern wirklich sehr gut geebnet. Bei einer Planetenaufnahme sieht man das in der Regel nicht, da das Planet ja nur im Zentrum abgebildet wird. Den Sternhaufentest hat mein FFC mit Bravour bestanden und nun muss auch endlich das Wetter wieder besser werden!
