Links large Riccardi Reducer to Baader M68 gear - with some work and lubrication.I bought this to link the camera side M82 female thread on the large Riccardi Reducer to my M68 imaging train including the UFC system. It now works well (see image) but I had to deal with two issues: 1. My copy is an extremely tight fit on my copy of the Riccardi Reducer. At first I thought the thread on one of the parts was damaged as I could only get half a turn on but having gone over both with a magnifying glass it was clear that both threads were OK. I had to use some suitable lubricant (WD40) and a large jam jar opener to slowly loosen up the link and now I can screw it on by hand. Of course the last thing you want is a loose fit but I think the tolerance is a bit low on the diameters. 2. On the M68 side the details of the thread geometry as such that while you get a good lock with the M68 male telescope side adapter of the UFC system (two whole 360 turns), with the TS-optics M68 adapters only about a single turn is available due to differences in thread positioning.William -

Sehr gutDer Ring ist sehr leicht und stabil. Es passt genau zu meinen Bedürfnissen. Ich kann jetzt das volle Potenzial meines Teleskops nutzen. Da Pentax-Geräte heutzutage schwer zu finden sind, ist dieser Ring sehr nützlich. Meine Kamera behält ihre Position bei, ohne sich zu verschieben.Marc F. -

Schon beim Entpacken der Teile war ich sehr positiv überrascht, da alles bereits in gebrauchsfertigem Zustand ... ... Baader GP-Tripod/Pillar-Adapter Flange for Cel-AS/ EQ-5/HEQ5
Is the mounting solution for the heq5 the same as the one in EQM35? Looks the same at a glance, but it's better to ask twice than err once. I'm going to be building a pier this summer, and the combo of your short pillar and adapter plate looks good to top it off, until I can replace the mount with an EQ6 Class next year.

Does it require batteries and if so what kind and where do they go?

Baader T-Ring Canon EF (EOS) to T-2
I own a Canon RP and I was wondering if I can use this T-Ring with the Canon adaptor EF-RF on my 127mm Maksutov telescope. Will it work or should I buy the T-Ring for Canon R cameras?
Answer rated: 0If you already own an adapter whlich lets you use lenses with EF-mount, you can also use this adapter - it provides the same bayonet as EF-mount-lenses.
Without an additional EF-mount-R-mount-adapter, you need Baader Wide-T-Ring Canon R (for Canon R bajonet) with D52i to T-2 and S52
