Hi, I can't download the STL file, Downloads tab tells me to login, however I'm already logged in...

Hi, the ZIP file in the Downloads section looks to be broken. I have tried several unarchiver applications on several computers, I have tried to download it from several browsers. All of them report that it is not valid ZIP archive. Can you help with that?

erfüllt seinen Zweck
Heute gebe ich ausnahmsweise mal keine 5 Sterne. 3 Sterne sind aber immerhin mehr als die Hälfte! Und: das Produkt erfüllt seinen angedachten Zweck, nämlich das UFC-System (ohne Filter!) zu verschließen! Von der Handhabe im Vergleich zum Filterschieber: Der Stößel / Nippel / Pin ist hier nicht vorhanden, sicher bauart- / materialbedingt. Den nutze ich gerne beim Entfernen des Filterschiebers zur Unterstützung. Hier beim UFC-Verschluß aus 3D-Druck geht für mich das Einsetzen und Entfernen nicht ganz so angenehm. Dies liegt sicher am Material, welches sich nicht ganz eben drucken läßt. So kommt es mir teils leicht wie vergratet vor. Ich hatte überlegt ggf. ganz leicht mit feinen Schmirgelpapier ranzugehen, doch beim Überlegen ist es geblieben. Mal sehen, was der 3D-Druck-Markt in Zukunft noch so für Verbesserungen bringen mag. Anbei einige Bildbeispiele im Vergleich mit dem Filterschieber und im UFC-System.
  • Auf alle Fälle ist das Angebot eine gute, preislich alternative Idee.
  • Vielleicht geht die Verarbeitung noch zu optimieren - ich kenne mich mit den 3D-Druckmöglichkeiten und Materialien leider nicht aus.

Sie haben vollkommen recht, dass der 3D Druck noch nicht da angelangt ist, wo heute die CNC Zerspanung ist. Zumindest nicht was den Preis anbelangt. Die Qualität der Oberfläche kann besser werden, aber das geht dann zulasten der Kosten. So sollten diese beiden 3D Druckteile (der "Dark-Slider" und der UFC-Verschluss) auch "nur" als Hilfe der Community zur Verfügung gestellt werden – kostenlos und zum selber drucken. Das hat dann aber einige Leute bewogen uns zu bitten im Auftrag zu drucken. Was wir ansich ungerne tun, denn unsere Drucker sind mit den Internen Anforderungen immer gut ausgelastet.

Wir werden uns das Model nochmal anschauen und versuchen es zu optimieren. Später mal wird es wohl wieder auf ein Frästeil hinauslaufen.
