Praktisch!
Einfach praktisch, um die Brennweite anzupassen. Ich nutze es oft an meinem 10 mm Hyperion Okular. So komme ich auf eine Brennweite von 7,1 mm bzw. 176-facher Vergrößerung bei meinem 254/1250 Teleskop. Diese Vergrößerung lässt sich in eigentlich jeder Nacht / auch bei mittelmäßigem Seeing anwenden. Trotzdem plane ich noch die Besorgung von mindestens einem weiteren Hyperion Okular und dem 14 mm Finetuningring, um noch mehr mit den Brennweiten "spielen" zu können.
Einen Qualitätsverlust durch Einsatz des Rings kann ich übrigens nicht feststellen. Es ist also genau wie in der Produktbeschreibung angegeben. Bin froh, den Ring gekauft zu haben!
