Baader Tilter-System

for the perfect camera alignment

It happens again and again that a camera sensor is not exactly perpendicular to the optical axis or that the neatly adjusted optics are installed in the tube in a slightly tilted position. In such cases, a "tilter" (a mechanical image position corrector) helps to perfectly adjust the camera sensor to the optics.

The new generation of Baader tilters (UFC-Tilter, M-68-Tilter and the new Baader FCCT for RASA 8 and QHY cameras) with adjustment screws on the sides enables lightning-fast adjustment with the camera attached. They hold even the heaviest accessories securely.

Photometric Filters

New Baader UBVRI (Bessel) and SLOAN/SDSS (ugriz') Filters available

Some things can't be improved. You can only make them better.
Following this motto, we have revamped our UBVRI filters and now offer them in all sizes - up to 100 x 100mm!

Also expanding the photometric filter series is our SLOAN/SDSS (ugriz') photometric filter set in the same sizes.
