We offer the following methods of payment. Simply choose the optimal payment method for you. The prices as quoted on the individual product sites represent final prices. They include all price components, including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only for cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-European acquisition) and/or charges (e.g. customs duties) may have to be payable by the customer. However, these are not payable directly to our company, but to the relevant customs and tax authorities. The resulting shipping costs for your order are not included in the purchase price mentioned on the product sites. Please refer to the page “shipping costs” to determine the costs for shipment to your location. Additionally, during order process, the shipment costs will be detailed. Shipment costs have to be paid by the customer.
Please note: Deliveries outside Germany will be charged with the VAT rate of the respective country. You can find more information here.
PayPal
After accepting all of our terms and agreements, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to finalize your order. You can also use a credit card after after you created an account
Klarna
After finalizing your order and agreeing to our terms and conditions you will get redirected to Klarna. This is a payment system with certified data protection by TÜV Saarland, no registration is needed. You only need your online banking data (PIN/TAN), the order will be processed directly after payment.
Bank transfer (Prepayment)
After completing your order, you will receive an email with a summary of your order, including the total amount (item prices + shipment charges). This is not yet the payable invoice. Please wait with your payment until we send you an invoice with the correct invoice number and our bank details for your payment. Please use the invoice number as payment reference.
